POLICY CHANGE: All trips require a nonrefundable deposit to secure your seat, payable by check within 10 days or at sign up with credit card. Casino day trips require full payment and are nonrefundable. Other trips are nonrefundable after the Final Payment date unless the vacancy can be filled.

Rates: Price listed is per person rate. Multi day trips are priced S-Single, D-Double, T-Triple, and Q-Quad. Please make sure to write the date of the trip in the memo portion of your check. Reserved Seating: We can accommodate a limited number of seat reservations.

Seat reservation is secured when payment is received for the trip. There will be a $5 per person, per day surcharge for these requests, please include this with your payment.

Pick-up Information: Pick-up locations and times will be given at sign up for day trips and casino trips, and on the
trip itinerary for multi day trips. We recommend you arrive 10 minutes early at your pick-up location.

Trip Protection: JAG Motorcoach does not offer Trip Protection.  However, if you are interested in purchasing trip protection, we recommend you contact your insurance provider or one of the on-line options such as insuremytrip.com or travelguard.com.  For cruise travel, we highly recommend the cruise line travel protection policy, as we are bound by very strict policies that prevent refunds or transfers.

NEW Online Reservation: You may also fill out the form below and send it to our office and we will tentatively hold your seat (based on availability when the form is received).  We must receive your deposit or payment in three business days or your reservation will be released.

Disclaimer:  JAG Motorcoach is not liable for damage to or loss of baggage or other property. Baggage and all other property will be handled at the passenger’s risk and only in an amount that can be conveniently carried in the storage areas of the charter coach. Any damage to the coach by the charter party will be charged by the carrier to the charter party. JAG Motorcoach reserves the right to substitute equipment if in our sole discretion a substitution is necessary.
